plsLONDON is happy to refund all purchases within 14 days of order placement if the option purchased is not suitable providing the product is returned unopened and sealed. For hygiene purposes we are unable to accept products that have been worn or removed from the packaging.

plsLONDON reserve the right to withhold refunds until we have been able to verify that the product is unused and is in re-sellable condition.
All returns must be sent back with the delivery note stating the reason for the return or exchange. All refunds will be processed within 7 days and monies returned back to the origin purchase card.

All 'on sale’ or discounted item prices are final and are non-refundable. All 'on sale' or discounted prices are exchangeable or credited on to a gift card providing the item is returned within 14 days of the purchase date and that the product is unused and is in re-sellable condition.
